Registration on GPT (can't even send a ticket there)

This is my ticket text:
"Hi! Wanted to start work with GPT but in proccess of registration system said that my e-mail is already used by someone. I don't remember been register on GPT (maybe I was long time ago) but I surley don't remeber my username to recover password. **********@gmail.com is my woking email and it's verified with payment processors, I registed and work with it on Scarlet Clicks already, I can't change it. Can you solve this problem so I can register on GPT?"


But I can't send it, cause system sais "Invalid Token". Admin please solve BOTH this problems.

I tried, but I can't, same problem here too "Invalid Token". I don't know what does it mean.

This can happen for a lot of reasons. Some of them are these:
1) You need to clear your cookies. Clear your cookies and try again
2) Your browser is an older version. Update him
3) Your browser doesn't support PTC sites. Change him.
4) You wrote the message (the support ticket) many hours later after the time you logged in and in the mean time the cookie expired.

Try the above solutions and if you still can't send a support ticket, then inform the admin from this thread here and he will fix it
