Dear SC group Team. I think have some wrong here about my payment. I sent many ticker to you support for me about my payment cancelled and money not refunded on my balance. But your support team always said money went refunds automatically to my balance. You can check my wallet money, time i withdraw, time you support and time my payment pending. I am sure you did not refund money to balance. I need you check again and show me proof you said money were refund to my balance.
