can standard member still cashout , or they have to invest now

Yes, As per new rule you must invest to withdraw. The option is to better upgrade to monthly silver (5$). so you can draw 200%.

Hello,

No,there is no need to deposit in order to withdraw.
In case you deposit then you can withdraw up to 200% of the amount you deposited.
