I'm having log in troubles everyday I try to sign in. It keeps saying "invalid token". I click for a new captcha and same thing. The only way I'm able to log in is by clicking "forgot password". I put in the password they give me then I'm in. But I would like to log in with my own password. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hello,

When you get this error you have to refresh the page and try again.
There is no need to reset your password.

i have login for straight two months. chceck if you put captcha in secondary password.

Hello,
I got the same problem a few days ago as (since months) i recorded a dedicated link to Scarlet loginpage with auto-filled username and password(s) that did not work anymore because of "invalid token"
The Solution is very simple :
1) Use your direct usual link to login page.
2) When full page loaded, click AGAIN to "LOGIN" button on top right => the Captcha must change !
3) Fill captcha and RECORD a new link in your browser BEFORE confirming Captcha is OK.
4) Confirm Login and save UserName + Password (if your Browser request it)
4) Logout from your Scarlet account and delete your OLD usual login link.

Now, use your NEW created link to Scarlet Login Page, fill captcha, confirm ... It Works

it happens to me everyday on first attempt.
i reload the page second time and everything works fine

Hi VanessaV84,

im muhamad, this problem caused your never updated your password within 2 month please update your password for your securely account.
Now, use your NEW created link to Scarlet Login Page, fill captcha, confirm ... It Works
please use reset password ****** and for your secondary password ********** if is your set.

hello
i am used to see stastics page but when i click then error message come only that adobe flash plugin crashed.i have installed adobe update version but sometimes stastics page load properly and some time not.what should i do? any idea pls share.

Get latest version of Google Chrome for your browser and computer.. https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

and just install Plugins Extensions for your browser, static page will working with it's.
