Hello,Coinpayments which is the payment processor/wallet we use for Bitcoin deposits and withdraws have increased their fee from 0.0002 BTC to 0.0007 BTC which is around $5 and we pay this fee for every payment we send. Since this number is insanely high we have added a $5 withdraw fee to Bitcoin withdraws and we will adjust it as the Bitcoin price goes up or down. We will try to find another way to send you, your withdraws in order to avoid this high fee per payment but until then we have to keep this withdraw fee. I am sorry for that, but it's not up to us and we can not afford to send a $10 payment and pay an extra 50% ($5) on fees. Thanks for your understanding. That makes sense, bitcoin fees are insanely huge right now. But since the main cryptocurrency situation is bit unstable right now maybe you should add something like Ethereum or Monero? They're in a pretty good situation right now + fees aren't that high.
