But the money is in Payza accont. It is not coming to bank account. Only one can see the money which is not real. Please investigate

So payza.eu is real site or fake?
Someone broke to my payza aocunt and withdraw my monet to altecoin. Its never happen before when payza was .com not .eu
I rite ticket to them but no one answer, co i dont know what to think about payza.eu that they real site or fake or something else.
Can someone tell us that he is withdraw monet from payza to bank account? I dont want lose money.
