they have changed date of transfer for me. i thought it was bank holidays. supposed tor receive in 9 hours

My Payza account got hacked and all my balance has been stolen on March 13th. Since then they have put on Hold on my account. As required I submitted my documents to verify my account to remove hold. But they are not doing so. They are not even answering my support tickets.
