problems with my account

Dear All.
I need to know why the payment processors do not appear in my account, I only made withdrawals by paypal and now that I place other processors and reach a value to make a withdrawal the processors do not appear, they are already in the profile of my account it would be that someone could inform me what would be happening there is a new rule, will be that you have to make a deposit to be able to make withdrawal since I do not understand this situation, or withdrawals have to be made some day of the week in specific, I appreciate your comments.

The only way to change your username is to delete your account and create a new one.

If you want to delete your account submit a support ticket requesting it.
