Why i cant view the ad

I'm having similar issues with viewing ads from my smartphone chrome browser.

PTCWall is reviewing all their sites again.We have already re-applied the sites and we believe that today or tomorrow they will fix this issue.

i wan to view ads but forget the security question how to replace 2 days before inquired about but no reply
