I cant sign in I always get, your birthday date is not correct, I´m trying to read a support ticket I got in support but I cant even do that!!! I am writhing in my right birthday so I dont get it, can someone help me?

Are you sure you have not mixed your birthday day with your birthday month?

У меня была похожая проблема. Ваш пароль не должен повторять вашу дату рождения. Попробуйте с другим паролем

It is not the password, this is a bit weird, I get signed in but the Forum is the only thing I can go to, cant even co to the support because then this birthday thing comes up!

they never ask my birthday , maybe you just need to enter your password instead your birthday or you entered in the wrong tab , that happens to me sometimes
or if you are a member of GPTplanet or Optimalbux you can send in a ticket from there and ask help from there to get in here ???

No, Ive put in the password and every time I try to go somewhere else then the forum there comes up a security question asking for my birthday, not password, I try to put in my right birthday in all versions and it does not work. I have tryed 3 times to sign out and use that way to go to support and ask for help, because I can not go to support when signed in because of that birthday thing. I ask for help and ask that they answer me by email because I can not read the ticket in the support question and I always get email back saying that the answer is in the support section so I cant read it!!!! I am going mad!

They had to reset my birthday and now everything is fine :)
