***MUST READ***Let's revisit my calculations. My monthly membership cost is $7.5 since, I am an Yearly Gold member with discounted price. I have 750 RRs and most of them are extended for 90 days and a few for 365 days. So, my per month referral maintenance cost is ~$100(calculations below). My recycling cost is ~$3 per month on an average which more or less matches my own clicks income and revenue from Offerwall. But keeping the figures on lower side let's say $2.5 My Direct referrals income is virtually nothing. So, let's keep that aside. $7.5 + $100 + $3 - $2.5 = $108 is my monthly recurring cost and my referral income has been between $126 to $132 over the last 8 months. Which means a profit of $18+ every month. Now, how I go about my extensions planning. Since, my Autopay is off my each referral is loosing a day ... everyday, clicks or no clicks. In other words, I loose 750 referral days everyday which I have to reload. 30 days extensions are out of question, 60 days would be as good as using Autopay. So, we come to 90 days or better. I have used 90 days 15 referrls a day initially to come out of Autopay loop which works out almost double my requirements(1350 RR days). Here, I was depeleting my reserves to come out of the loop. Then I have started a loop of 9 days with 10 extensions a day for 90 days and 9th day 3 for 365 days. Works out still better than minimumum threshold of 750 days per day. Coming back to minimum current $126 monthly revenue, it boils down to $4.2 per day. As per my current slab fo 750 RRs. The cost of extensions and affordability within budget ... 90 days - $0.408 --- 10x --- $4.08/day (900/day) 150 days - $0.640 -- 6x --- $3.84/day (900/day) 240 days - $0.960 -- 4x --- $3.84/day (960/day) 365 days - $1.363 -- 3x --- $4.089/day (1095/day) You are already aware that I am into 10 a day for 90 days cycle. I am now working towards making it into 150 days cycle and then into 240 days cycle. Now the way forward is by clubbing the days and equation works out as ... 8x $4.2 = $33.6 ... 52.5RRs for 150 days(50 for 150 days Safe) 937.5/day 8x $4.2 = $33.6 ... 35RRs for 240 days(32 for 240 days Safe) 960/day The equation can be 25 in 4 days and 16 in 4 days respectively. The later can be 4 every day for 240 days or the multiples. For now, I am doing 50's since it's easier to select the whole page and extend. I will work out a suitable number for 240 days when it's time for that. The idea behind is to come to a stage where I have to only extend 2 referrals a day for 365 days as a thumb rule or do it on a monthly or weekly basis to make it more even steven. Since, 750RR/365 days = 2.05RR/day Now, why all this hussle-bussle about extensions when Autopay is already there. You can survive on Autopay and Yearly Gold if you have no intensions of growing your account further. Since, Autopay and 60 days extension cost is same $0.0048/referral. Same is also true for Monthly Gold but Autopay works better infact, $0.0048 for 60 days extension and $0.0046 on Autopay, here you loose out on Monthly membership cost. But Autopay leads you into belief that you are making profit while actually you are loosing days and becoming bottom heavy. Hence, hampering your way forward. The reason for selecting the "Safe" figures above for my coming extension cycles is to start rebuilding my corpus once again. I will be starting my 150 days cycle from the coming month(September 2020) after making my calculations on min-max days I have and number of referrals in queue. Referral maintenance cost for 750RRs/month --------------------------------------------------------- 30 days 5% discount ---- $119.25/month 60 days 10% discount --- $114.75/month 90 days 15% discount --- $101.25/month 150 days 20% discount -- $96.75/month 240 days 25% discount -- $90/month 365 days 30% discount -- $83.25/month Autopay same cost as 60 days extension. |

September has started, I have some plans in pipeline for this month. Before that remember I was working on an equation to reduce the 9 day cycle to 8 and 7 days. Side by side I was working on to introducing 150 and 240 days into my equations. Resaon for that is, I save more on that(explained before). Which in turn enables me to work towards next slab of 1000 RRs. That is going to increase my daily cost. So, time for that will come when I am well into my plans and I have some money in my coffers. RR status as of now is as followos ...17-35 days = 253 RRs(Priority) 87-107 days = 350 RRs 285-382 days = 147 RRs If you are aware of my equations then 253/35=7.2285 that happily works out for my 8 day cycle ... 70 in 7 days for 90 days extensions @ 10/day and 3 for 365 days on 8th day making it 73 extensions. I will be re-evaluating the figures and see when to switch to 150 days extensions cycle there on. From the looks of it I think 150 days cycle is going to be a short stay, I will soon be graduating to 240 days after that. But before that, job in hand, extension of the 253 RRs on priority. The picture will be clearer very soon, number crunching is going on. Stay tuned, I will be updating my August stats here by evening. In the same post if no questions are asked, new post if I have to answer some query. *Today happens to be the 9th day of my previous equation, 3 for 365 days has been already executed. 5 days 50 will be on 6th Sep and 9th Sep will see 3 for 365 and 20 for 90 days before I start recalculating. Cut-off days are short hence, minor fire fighting in progress. Everything under control otherwise. **Number of days to expire have been reduced by 1 pro-actively as we are already into a new server day. They are end of the day figures. =========================================== Stats update for August 2020 Direct Referrals: 5 Rented Referrals: 750 Clicks recieved: 129737 Total RR Income: $129.737 RR Average: 5.58 Total Recycles: 111 Recycle Value: $3.33 Invested during Promo: $80 Total Investment YTD: $315 Total Renewals: 289 (9 for 365 days 280 for 90 days) Renewal Value: $126.507 DR returns: $0.088(25 clicks) Account status: Balance: $9.5907 Purchase balance: $11.2965 After some more number crunching, I have decided to skip the 8 day cycle. Instead, I am going to have 5th day 50 for 90 days twice. That will leave me with 153 RRs to extend in 25 days which works out perfectly with my 8th day 50 for 150 days extension. I can do 51 initially with no added pressure, 24 days and my Priority list is taken care of. Then on I will do my number crunching and see when would be the right time to switch to 240 days extensions, with a clear cut minimum 63 days of free run (87-24=63 days) with 450 RRs on watch list. As I mentioned before, my 150 days extensions will be a short run, let's see when the time comes for that, I have not done my number crunching for that as of now. Best wishes to everyone!
