Hello Friends! 2 month extension of 75, 200 and 50 RR batches has been executed. Final few referrals will expire in a couple of days, I will quickly hire and replenish them to reach my ~500 RRs. I have added a $50 from my $60 kitty sitting in my Skrill account. I have decided to renew for 90 days hence forth, incidentally the current hired and the initial batch I hired when I took Silver membership will come together for renewal at the same time. I guess next Yearly Gold membership promo will come in some 3-4 months time. In the meantime I will work towards keeping $90 aside for that while working on my 3 month extension program. Current status is ...Member Since: Feb 16, 2019 Membership: Monthly Gold Upgrade Expires: 06-09-2019 Balance: $13.9287 Purchase balance: $23.6240 Rented Referrals: 494 Earned so far: $129.21100 Current average is around 5.8 mark, lowest 5.703 and highest 6.02. I am making roughly $2.9 everyday, I think I should be able to execute my plan as I am fore seeing. Next batch for renewal is due in some 25 days(small one) and the bigger one in 26 days. I will make the final decision closer to the date. Since, each renewal is going to cost me $0.408 plus added expense of $10 for my Monthly Gold renewal, I think I might have to settle for 60 days for a few of them. Wish me luck! *Looks feasible from macro looks of it, after more hiring I will reach some 203 RR to be renewed in next 33 days. 203*0.408 = $82.824 15 new *0.16 = $2.4(30 days) Monthly Gold = $10 ================ Total 95.224 Current Balance ~$27 Expected earnings next 32 days ~ $92 Taking in to consideration that I will let some new hires expire. For the initial batch(already 30+60days) it is going strong, I don't see much expiring from that as of now, things might change by the time they come for renewal. I think I will sail thru with some $ to spare. The batch after that is in 55 days from now, I will have ample time to work for it. |

An update on 3 month renewal strategy after doing 2 months extension. Current status ...Member Since: Feb 16, 2019 Membership: Monthly Gold Upgrade Expires: 06-09-2019 Balance: $7.0472 Purchase balance: $50.6880 Rented Referrals: 497 Earned so far: $151.72000 As of now, I don't see any problem in extending some 198 referrals for 3 months, which are coming up for renewal in next 17-25 days. The major concern is for the next cycle when I will have some 299 referrals to renew, assuming that I will now let some from this batch also expire. Naturally, if I expire them and hire a few more a fresh they will come for renewal along side the next batch, making it even bigger. Let's see how things unfold, closer to date. I was thinking I will take the call closer to next renewal cycle. Since, 3 months gap will give me some breathing space between the renewals. The new hires next cycle will come independent of the present batches, making it 3 sets instead of 2 as of now. That will give me some spread between the renewals. Any suggestions! most welcome   The average has been between 5.7 - 5.8 off late, I think that is still okay, referrals are not etched in stone that they will click all the time. They will need to be recycled sooner or later. Moving upwards on extensions if I can seize an opportunity of letting them expire, I see no harm in that. I will also need to start collecting  for the next promo, when I graduate to Yearly Gold. That would actually help in reducing the recurring cost of $10 a month and allow me to focus on my referrals.* I think I will skip one cycle and extend my referrals for 2 months for the forth coming batch. The batch after this one and onwards will have 3 months extension as of now. This will leave some money in my kitty for the Yearly Gold promo whenever it comes. I was calculating over and over again till finally deciding on this. I hope earnings stay on course and I don't have to pump in more cash, the moment I took this decision everything fell in place. An update ...My next batches of referrals are expiring in 10-18 days time, total 198 in numbers. I can't see many of them doing bad and expiring. May be a few from the recent recycles, I am not recycling any refs with less than 12 days to expire anyway. So, expecting the average to drop a bit, But overall the account is in good shape and infact I am now tempted once again to extend a few for 3 months(the ones with average over 6 and are from my initial batch of 200 when I took Silver). But I think I will hold my temptation and work towards $90 kitty for the Yearly Gold. The next batch due after that is in 40 days as of now. That one will be a huge one, 3 months extension will eat into my reserves. As of now the things stand as follows ... My last of the referral expires in 4 days with that I will have 5 slots to hire. As expected very few of the referrals needed to be not extended(only 7), rest every RR has been extended by 60 days. The status of the a/c is as follows ...Membership: Monthly Gold Upgrade Expires: 06-10-2019 Balance: $19.7053 Purchase balance: $31.6880 Rented Referrals: 496 Earned so far: $212.75600 Average has been lower offlate ~5.7 range mainly because I was not recycling the expiring referrals. The next batch will have 305 referrals(25-34 days as of now), which is inclusive of the one's recently hired. Extending them for 90 days should not be a problem but I have decided to extend about 1/3 of them for 90 days(~100 RRs). Remaining will once again have 60 days extension after letting non-performing expire. This will leave me some balance for my next Yearly Gold Promo kitty. Once I have $90 secured then I will work towards 90 days extension as a standard before jumping on 150 days extension and future hiring. All this is in my mind as of now, I will need to work out the exact values in the due course and make necessary adjustments. I did some calculations and the way things have worked out. I am turning on autopay past mid-night. The 60 days extension costs me $0.0048 while autopay is working out $0.0046. The current status is, a referral is expiring in 2 days, which is idle since 01st Sept. So, that will die it's natural death, the next in queue has some 23 days. The current status of the account is ...Upgrade Expires: 06-10-2019 Balance: $5.6440 Purchase balance: $51.3680 Rented Referrals: 496 Earned so far: $218.54800 The expiring referral will open a slot for hiring 5 RRs. I will accumulate some balance for Yearly Gold and 90 days extension. Recycling will go on as usual keeping an eye on the average and inactivity. Let's see how things go this way, personally I am not a big fan of autopay. With $51 in purchase kitty, the main balance will clearly show what has been daily turnover, I will replenish the PB from time to time when it hits a low of $20. All extensions will be of 90 days here on and nothing will expire, I will keep 500 RRs extended. *Autopay has been enabled 12:09(mid-night) my time. |

An update on autopay strategy offlate ...Balance: $42.8082 Purchase balance: $23.2114 Rented Referrals: 500 Earned so far: $254.71600 I am foreseeing a promo next month(don't know when). I will need to spend $10 shortly to renew my Monthly Gold status, which will leave me short on $70-80 I will need when promo arrives next month. I am going to turn off my autopay for a few days to reach somewhat closer to the required amount and the turn it back on. Autopay is generating me half a dollar a day or so as of now with no pressure on extensions as the shortest is 18 days to expire. Roughly $2.2 is going every day into autopay apart from recycling expenses. *Autopay has been disabled 01:25(mid-night) my time. |

The Monthly Gold has been renewed, the idea behind switching off autopay was to reach a touching balance when Yearly Gold Promo comes along. $70 is in PB+MB with minimum days to expire for a referral standing at 14 days. The current status of the account is as follows ...Membership: Monthly Gold Upgrade Expires: 05-11-2019 Balance: $38.2840 Purchase balance: $32.5786 Rented Referrals: 500 Earned so far: $269.77700 I will soon decide when to turn off the autopay after making my calculations. Till then I am extending everything coming down to 3 days to expire for 3 months here on. |

Everything is going smoothly, I thought I will leave an update. The balance in my account is some $83 and rising slowly. Very soon I should be upgrading my account to Yearly Gold when promo comes along. My guess is 25th of this month on Black Friday. The least days for any RR to expire is 9 days as of now, anything reaching the 3 day to expire will get renewed by 90 days.
