I was the same as you, I also followed their orders, but the result still didn't work. I feel unable to trust their service. I hope the admin finds another method. Really very disappointed about the service of airtm. They have no goodwill to solve the problem

My suggestion is to use the exact payment processor you can exchange money with and not deal with third party backchain for example I use Skrill
