Before I adopted the tactic I use now, I used to spend a lot of time to find the refs who are performing good and the ones who have an average and bad performance.

But I reached a point when I thought that I do not see a benefit from doing that, so I created a static rule that I used until now and that I will use in the future: I recycle all refs who have not clicked in the last 4 days.

Many will argue with my static rule, but, in my many years of PTC experience I did not see a reason to spend a lot of time to filter out the refs.

It seems that for the last few days I needed to recycle a lot of refs, a lot more than usual. Maybe the recent crypto crash made people less likely to click
