Problem with RR pack

Hello, I bought 500 RR and they dissappeared. The purchase is seen in my account history though. It figures only 16 RR extra when it supposes to be 500. I just noticed it now cus the moment I bought it I could see the whole 500 pack included.


Does anyone have the same issue?

With your current Upgrade I assume that you are an experienced member. But still check if some other referrals expired from your end for non-renewal. If, everything is in order, simply raise a support ticket. Admin will be able to answer you directly. Best wishes for your account

Yes man. I had 1500+500 when I just bought the last pack of RR. But I checked my account a while ago and I got 1500+16. It has no sense.
