Hello I asked for a payment to Skrill on January 5th and now it's February 1st and I still didn't get my payment. When do I get my payment already?!

Hello,

As i checked your payment has been sent but on Skrill history it is marked as "Failed".This mean that your account was not eligible to receive funds.

I added the funds back to your account balance so you can request your payment again.

Hello,
