How long it going to takes your withdrawal before it going to approved? 7 days? like in their FAQ?

Sir,While trying to withdraw my balance funds I am being asked to provide my birth date. After providing my correct birth date, your system is saying your birth date is incorrect and so withdrawal is denied! Now in my profile settings nowhere I have been asked to keep my birth date and there is no provision kept to upload legal documents that will show my birth date in its correct form. In this connection I would like to know as to how I can withdraw my balance funds to my Payeer account since your system is not accepting my correct birth date? If I do not get any response and face difficulties to withdraw my hard earned money I may have to stop working further on your platform. I have a balance of $2 and above, but still I am unable to withdraw because your system is saying that my birth date is incorrect. Though I am giving my correct birth date, your system is not accepting my withdrawal request! |
