Credentials stolen

Hi
I need ,please ,immediatelly support from somebody from staff related with my account on GPTPlanet,the sister website.
I wrote there to support but nobody replied,i can not log in anymore i received new password by email but its useless as i believe somebody stolen my ID user, as well.
When i am trying to log in in my account is said invalid login details, but i am adding the new password with my user id, so i don't know what is going on.
If somebody see this post please take contact wirh me asap.

Kindly submit a support ticket to either Scarlet-clicks or Gptplanet in order to reset your password.

We can not do that through the forum.
