Hello,

Our hosting provider is upgrading the DDos protection system.Members may experience disruption of network connectivity in 15 - 30 minute intervals on 4/30/2013 between the hours of 8:00 AM EST - 12:00 PM EST. We do not anticipate this maintenance to take more than 3 hours. We appreciate your cooperation.

Because of that server maintenence following disorder happened with my SCARLET-account:
I've requested payout on April, 28th, via Paypal. Few days later it was annonced in my account that payment was completed. But up to now (22nd of May] the sum didn't appear in my Paypal-account, correspondingly I can not post Paymentproof by SCARLET. I'm afraid my account will be suspended without any fault from my side or any misfollowing of the the regulations. Would please check the situation and clear the matter as I would like to continue surfing with Scarlet.Approx. in the same period a payment request by GPT-Planet was performed smoothly and with no trouble.Pls.advise how to proceed.
