guys can you tell me what 2 banks are best for PTC users who uses netteller and Paypal in india?

Best two banks are ICICI and Axis Bank... They support international transactions through paypal..

You can connect any Indian Bank to paypal, there is no boundation..You can recieve money in any indian bank through paypal.. But if you like to transfer funds from paypal to any ptc site (i mean invest) then you need to have icici or axis bank.. as only they support international purchases and transfers through paypal

Though i have heard about HDFC also, that they also support paypal. But when i called Paypal customer care directly they notified me about just icici and axis.. Go for them
