AutoPay doest work

i have it on rr click and still days going down {they re not under 20 days }

autopay working for:
1. autopay enabled
2. have money in purchase balance
3. RR active ( mean they click one or more ads)

so the solution has to be number 2 because i only have money in my main balance

If autopay is enabled but a ref has less than 20 days till his expiration day, then he will indeed expire a few days later, even if you have money in the purchase balance and even if he is active. In other words: your refs MUST have more than 20 days till their expiration date.

NO,
All my RRS, only 2 days is expired, autopay still work normally.

If there is a change (ie, must be retained for 20 days), the administrator must announced or update to the FAQ or TOS.

I read from a strategy a long time ago the above tip I told you, but I didn't know if it was true or not. So I did some experiments with many PTC sites (e.g Neobux) and indeed the author of the strategy was right. Now, you are saying otherwise. I don't understand why this happens. This is the first time I hear that autopay works in the condition you said. (??)
