Peace Be Upon You () Dear All!

I recently posted a PTSU offer on scarlet-clicks and from my experience I have some suggestions.

1. The PTSU settings should be accessible to user even after posting an ad i.e. one can edit the task description (if he/she comes to know that the previous description lacks something), who can view the offer etc.
2. There should be a DISPUTE option i.e. a mode of communication that will enable both parties to resolve any issues before the offer is finally accepted or rejected.
3. A time limit for the response to the submitted offers i.e. if one completes an offer and submits the proof, he/she should be auto payed if the one who has put up the ad doesn't respond in the given time.
4. A description of how to put up a PTSU ad and how will the subsequent mechanism work i.e. successful submission, acceptance/rejection, and or solution to all the disputes regarding the offer.
5. Addition of pictorial proof feature i.e. users (both parties) should be able to upload pictures proving/disproving the completion of tasks or any problem encountered during task.

In my humble opinion addition of these feature will not only improve the efficiency of PTSU offers but will also lessen the burden of Scarlet-Clicks support team related to PTSU offers. Other users opinions () are welcomed () whether +ve()/-ve().

Hello,

1.You can edit the offer by sending a support ticket and we will edit for you.Otherwise an advertiser could easily cheat by changing the description all the time and then members couldn't prove that they would have completed the offer.
2.Members can open a dispute by opening a support ticket.I can not see the reason for the advertiser to open a dispute since he can reject the offer.
3.There is already a time limit and it is 7 days.
4.If the advertiser is not sure how the ptsu advertising works he should ask us first before he buys the ptsu credits to give him some instructions.Since we haven't got this kind of support tickets we don't think that this should go to our FAQ page.
5.Again,when the member opens a dispute he can send us a screenshot by uploading it to an image sharing site.

Best regards,
