Payment problem

hello i have send ticket and i waiting the admin the 48 hours is tommorow. The problem is that i have made payment request 10.30 $ 13 this month but 18 i change the paypal email because i have problem with onether site the eat my 2dollars and close my account. I have afraid and then i thing change it. I make 18 the changes in paypal and here by Scarlet (delete email account from paypal to)
On 19 the system make the payment receive and by withwral history he say the old email from paypal but i have update it one day earlier.

The ticket is by the admin
i have never problem with admin here.

The problem was my fold, that happens becouse i change the email when i have payment on the way! Maybe it takes the first email and not that you have the 7 day. when the money are coming to our account

admin says the payment is unclaimed and he find the way to solve the problem. if not take again the payment back to my. All the unclaimed payments go back 90 days.
