clicks not accept by scarlet-click

when i click one advertise and i click upside picture so accepted but after that i click second ads and i click upside picture so i am getting notification "invalid image verification", i am facing this issue previous 4 to 5 days and due to this i am not completing my daily task.
one upside picture is repeated on every click and when i click so i get error " invalid image verification"
i am getting lose cause due to this my clicks are getting down and my points is also lower.
kindly resolve this issue.

Hello There,
You are viewing more than one ad site at the same time, that's why you are getting this issue, you
should view your daily ads one by one, one single ad page in your browser every time got it?
And then this issue will be solved.
