Getting bounced from Scarlet-Clicks to another site

When I spend time on Scarlet-Clicks, at various times (it appears random), when I click a link (and its not always the same link), my webpage is bounced away from Scarlet-Clicks to multisurfer.com

Yes,we noticed that and other sites have the same problem.
We are trying to find which banner ad redirects to that site.
