i am new to this, where i have to click to get paid.

Hello There,
It's highly recommended to you to learn how to work and earn from
PTC sites, so please if you're new in this business learn how to
manage if you want to stay for a long time and earn.
And to click Ads; you can do so by (View Ads) feature in the top left red ribbon.
