I added money but they did not come.

Don't worry, just send a support ticket and Admin will update your balance manually.

- Just look on the bottom-left of this page and click Support
- Next click Create a new ticket
- Then choose Department: Payment Support
- And then you can explain that you have been added funds but it doesn't appear on your Purchase Balance. Don't forget to also supply your Transaction ID.
