losing RR/ help

Why am I losing RR when my income is about 5,6$ and autopay statistic is 4,45. Don t understand why they expired after i Rent them. They should be autorepay. What could be a cause of this?
Can someone explain me ?

Autopay only working :
1. you have momey in purchase balance
2. RR must click ads
3. Autopay is ON

Send support ticket admin
