It is an Exchange
Traffic exchange means you give traffics/Clicks then you will get traffics/Clicks.
When you click 'Start surfing', you will view ads,then yu will get credit.
You can use the credit for your site, for example: you have 1000 credit traffics exchange, so you could allocated the credit to your site. Your site will get 1000 visitors...
