Auto pay does not work!

IT seems that autopay stopped working sometime after 12am server time and is still down.Today none of my refs had been paid through autopay.Look at my stats. Please do something. Do I need to have money in my purchase balance for it to work?Because I just put some and I think it is working.Doesn't it draw from account balance if purchase balance is 0? |
