Direct referrals clicks issue

Hello my direct referrals click are not credit to my account , why is that ! although they told me they are clicking it please fix this bug & add the lost days of my credit back Regards,

I have similar issue , where my DR clicks had decreased dramatically  I think this is because DR clicks for FIXED ads are NOT counted !? (like other ptcs) and ONLY Standard clicks are counted !  and because there are many fixed ads these days  , referrals has No Time to clicks std. ads
