payment not credited in my a/c

Hi,
this is krupa bhatt and i have made a paid out of 2$ and as per you shit it shows following status.

Aug 16 2016 07:08:06 PM [email protected] 2.00 Completed

But still today this amount is not credited as well as not shown in my pay pal account. Please look into the matter and do the needful.
Please ensure my payment will be credited to my a/c.
