problem with my rent referrals earning not credited to my balance

after i rented the 10 referrals on of them did click 6 clicks and the earning was 0.196 and my account balance still the same didn't increase above my last 0.6$ and iam facing some bugs regarding the login process i had to refresh the page every time i login in order to view the page.

here is the referral info as shown in the rented referrals tap

Standart member is not recommended to rent referrals.
Please visit Upgrade page....

Standard membership get only 40% per referral click, so it might difficult to get profit from RR while we pay for rental fee. If you want to get profit from rental referrals, you should Upgrade your membership...
