Make sure you visit Ads page 'View Ads'
Then click on the ads(the title,like neobux,gptplanet,.)
Check browser addons, disable ad blocker/ads blocker if any. probably the browser feature/addons blocking advertisement.

I'm having the same problem wiith the View Ads section -- all the titles are greyed out. I'm using Firefox and do NOT have an Ad Blocker activated. I can do the PTCWall ads w/o a problem and would expect that if I had an ad blocker from somewhere else, the system would preclude me from accessing them. I do use Avast security which will block sites that it views as a security risk, but I doubt that is is why the titles on the View Ads section are greyed out.

Are there other requirements (ie
minimum # of PTCWall ads to be clicked; be active on the site for X days ) that have to be met before these ads open up?

I've sent a query to Support and hope to have a response from them in a day or so.

Support responded and said the only reason the View Ads were not available to me is because I must have an ad blocker activated somewhere. Checked my Firefox setup and did find an pop-up blocker that was activated, but when I placed Scarlet-Clicks.info in the exceptions blocks, it did not open up the View Ads. Went one step further and turned off the pop-up blocker. View Ads still did not open up. Not looking good, but Support is still trying to figure out what's going on.
