What is time zone?

Happy New Year Everyone
I'm trying to figure out the current time that the site server is set on. Currently my view ads page says it will reset at 00:00. It's currently 5:50 am where I am located in USA Eastern time and I am wondering when I will see more ads to view. I am new here. I thought I would see more new ads at midnight on my time but didn't. My baby woke me up so I thought I would check again but I still don't see any new ads to click on. It looks like it hasn't reset yet.

I am on Atlantic Time. My ads reset at 9 PM Atlantic Time which would be at 8 PM your Eastern Time

So your ads reset at 8:00 PM Eastern Time

8pm EST - 11pm GMT.

Server reset around 39 minutes ago.
