I made my serve on January 6th and I did not receive it until today. Is anyone in the same situation as me?

Hello
Im a new ptc user, and since this Was my first withdrawl, i Was kinda shocked thai i didn't receive anythink.
I mean it said that the operation Was completed but i actually didn't get anythink in my paypal account.
I wuold be very grateful if someone could help me

Your payment has already been sent since the 20th of January.
If you did not receive it please submit a support ticket,since it means that your Paypal account has a problem.
