the operation Was completed but i actually didn't get anythink in my paypal account.
I wuold be very grateful if someone could help me.

Contact support and ask for an explanation. I had a similar problem and they answered my support ticket in reasonable time. My problem was that I had set the wrong payment e-mail in my personal settings so I lost my payment(marked as paid).

Yes, contact the support and show them all the transaction details (confirmation e-mails and etc.).
