Hello,

On the 10th of February during the afternoon our server was under DDOs attack and it was down for a couple of hours and a lot of IP's were blocked at that time in order to not damage the server.
This caused many members to not be able to access their accounts since their DNS would get refreshed.
Most probably from today things will go back to normal.

What i want to also say is the way most members reacted to this makes me sad since i've read a lot of posts here and on other forums,claiming that Scarlet-clicks is coming to an end,calling us scam etc etc.
It makes me sad because we are online for nearly 8 years and with the opportunity some members are trying to call us scam.I've even read a post of a Scarlet-clicks member on EMS that tells to members to vote down on EMS ranking list!Also a lot of people don't understand is by acting like this,creating a panic everywhere,makes things worse.

So,i would kindly request you to have more patience if this kind of issues occur.

Hello Dear Admin and Members,

That was i personally think (and wroted in SC forum) : a problem related to recent fishing Ads (to Scarlet and several eMoney processors) that probably cause script problem and blacklisted site issue.
Winter holidays in France (and other countries) may not explain a so huge 40% RR clicks decrease !
It is stupid and unfair that some people post bad votes about Scarlet on Web and did NOT CHECK that payments are regularely send each 24h since past 4 days...

Now maybe, please, you will agree to extend almost 1 day RR owned as daily Autopaid price did not decrease in same % than RR clicks.
You did it after last RR clicks problem at end of 2016 and i hope you will confirm it soon.
