Dear Admin,I requested withdrawal to my payza account earlier today only to find later that it was auto cancelled and now am being told i can't make another withdrawal till after 7 days. I am really concerned about this because i never cancelled this request and don't understand why you did and why i can't request another withdrawal till after 7 days when i haven't had a successful withdrawal. Please check and respond. Thank you. Esther. |

Make sure that you submitted your payment email correctly.The site might have tried to sent you the money but if it was sent at a nonexistent email then it could be canceled. If you are sure it is correct then sent a support ticket. |

Hi, I have issue with withdrawal of my money as well. I have checked my paypal email address more than once and it is right. I have tried to withdraw my money on 5th of June and I still did not receive them. I have not got them on my bank account, nor my scarletclicks account. The amount of money I have tried to withdraw was $10 and some cents. Please do something about it ASAP.Thank you. |
