First of (I'm not admin or moderator) but I think I can help you with this problem.
If you have by accident deposited more into your pb (purchase balance) than you are going to use. These will be transfered to your Earnings balance when autopay has been paid if you use this feature. This means you have to wait and let the money flow from your pb to your earnings balance. The money is not lost but will be regained from earnings your rr makes.

If you do not use RR you can try and submit a support ticket from the user control panel.
