Hi everyone, I have two questions.

I know that it is only allowed to create a single account by IP address, but...

1. Can I access my account on different computers or IP addresses?

2. If I use a certain ip address in my house, and I move to another house (with another IP address), after a certain time someone can create an account in my old house?
