That is, if a Silver Member user receives the payments for viewing the ads and gets to recruit 1000 RD, and gets in their principal balance for one month USD $ 100. Can not withdraw that balance without having deposited USD $ 50?

This will not affect most members but mostly the old members but before you start complaining please understand that this measure is needed in order to make sure that our sites will last forever.
There are members on our sites that have more than 5000% profit.
Finally i want to take this opportunity to say thanks to every member that still believes in us and support us and i am just sad for the members that call us scam or greedy.

It seems to me a very fair and reasonable movement. Many are seeing it on the negative side, because obviously this will greatly limit the profits of former users, especially those who earn with RD. But it would all be a question of using a different strategy, in order not to exceed the established limit. There will definitely be pages that offer much higher profits, but most likely they will all end up being scam. I think that the bigs PTCs, which have been in the market for years, do not pay too much in comparison with some that are coming out, but it is better to have little money, but surely much to steal. Admin, i think someone suggested a nice option of considering purchase balance transfer as deposit like 50 50 rule. It will help old members here. This option allows them to use their own earned money and not deposit more from pocket. Please consider this option.

I appreciate your efforts to keep these sites sustainable and paying.
But this is a bad idea, because those planning to invest here don't want limits even with a good ROI.
