buying referrals

I have bought some referrals and i just have a red box around the area where i should be able to recycle and it wont let me. Is this supposed to happen?

Also im assuming buying referrals is only cost effective if you keep them over a year and have good avg the whole time correct?

buying referals is good but very few percentage click regular that makes no sense acctually in short term but in long term if they are active we can accumulate our earning on investment on these referals.but this is risky also like playing gamble.

on scarlet we can have unlimited direct referals so deleting referals is not neccassary.
