autopay disable/enable

on my rr page the autopay word is red, saying: disable

is it enabled now or disabled?

if it is disabled the word must change to: Disabled I think so that it shows clearly.

or is it enabled and by clicking the red word it will chand to disabled?

if its shows disable in red Colour, its disabled,
if shows enable in green colour then its enabled.

By default it is disabled. If the letters appear in red is off.

but the correct is: "Disabled" and I think the admins should change it.
