In order to request your payment to Perfect Money/Bitcoin the summary of your Perfect Money/Bitcoin deposits must be higher than the summary of the deposits made via the other payment processors. If you request your payment and you do not meet this requirement your withdraw will get refunded.
Some can explain to me this: i need to have more money on my account that the withdraw that i'm going to do!?

The "deposit" means paid in money into this site. The summary of deposit means the total deposit(s) you made ever into this site. Now please understand the sentence above. If you don't, then search the word(s) you don't understand, clear that word and read again the sentence. Or develop your english grammar if that is the problem.

It doesn't matter where is the paid in money, the point is how much money that you paid in.
