It seems that this issue affected only a handful of people, and seems like I am one of em, unfortunately

So I've already created a support ticked on 8th December regarding this matter, still waiting for a response, while my rr clicks remain uncredited for autopay up to this point.

Please, do respond at least. Been seeing Scarletclicks since way back then and think it is a good PTC to earn some revenue from the money invested into it

Hello,

We are working on it.
Since it doesn't affect all members and some of the members that are complaining are getting overcharged because they have more RR than their membership's limit,is really hard for us to find if there is actually an issue and how to fix it.

I am one of those effected - been overcharged everyday since Nov 24th usually about 15 or 16 referrals - but yesterday it was 51 referrals. I have 748 rented referrals and a yearly gold

I turned off auto pay - but have in the past really liked it. also opened a support ticket with no response.
I get that its a hard fix - please let me and us (those effected) when you believe this issue is resolved so I can turn on auto pay again

Welp, guess I have my answer. Still no sign of autopay working in my case. And my support ticket got closed instead of any follow up whatsoever.

I know it only affects a few people, but the way they're handling this matter poorly disappoints me a little

How can you claim that your Auto pay is not working when you have only 1 rented referrals and no funds in your purchase balance?

Same is the problem with me. Plz the autopay charge id so extreme that i do not get any profit. I m really sick and fedup of sending support tickets but no use. Plz admin for god sake have mercy on me. Why is that i get no profit being monthly gold plus member. I am going on lose day by day. I have 2998rrs plz plz help me
