Hello every body ; i'm new on scarlet-info and i'm thinking about invest money on renting referrals .. do you recommend me to do that or not ? ; if yes .. please tell me best strategy to start

ofcourse ,invest and keep patience ,learn about and you will be in positive always.

upgrade,rent referal and extend only for 365 days best,and earn profit daily and keep clicking your ads.

Thanks for advise .. can you tell me how much i get for each RR click .. is it fixed or vary from ad to another ?

and how long that i should wait for ROI if i upgrade member then i rented reff 100
1 week ? 2 week ?

and if my golden member is up,
does the maximum member become 200 or 500 ?

just say, i have 400 reff when i become golden member but the time is up, then what happent to my 400 reff, will it disappear ?

yes rent, extend and enjoy as everyone is telling you. One word of caution though. Do it only as upgraded member otherwise you will lose all money. Upgrade first, then rent and extend, that is the way to make profits in these sites.
