If you did it through skrill or neteller they will add it manually within 24 hours, usually less. You need to raise support ticket. Nobody in the forum can help.

I did it by LiteCoin, how long for this? I have already raise to support ticket.

No, my account is already buckle LiteCoin, but my scarlet-clicks account did not show, they say the transaction is time out, but where did my LiteCoin go

Perhaps you sent a too small amount of litecoins.

If you send an amount smaller than a certain threshold the cryptos are lost. it depends from crypto to crypto.

Do you know how to contact coinpayments.net admin ？ I deposit to an address of scarlet-clicks created, I see the results 'Received So Far there are 3 confirms' but i did not wait the status to completed then i close the pag, now the LiteCoin did not deposit to scarlet-clicks, will it deposit to coinpayments.net? can i contact coinpayments.net admin help me to put the LiteCoin to scarlet-clicks wallet? Or how can i do now?

You should contact coinpayments.net and give them the transaction ID you received in the timeout mail.

I hope you will solve the problem.

Keep us posted of the results.
