I want to upgrade my account membership to yearly gold but the problem is that my current IP is shared in the household and there's a slight chance that someone in my household will join this site too, which will automatically suspend all the accounts and I will lose all of my investments.Kindly guide me what can be done in this matter. Will I have to delete this account and create a new account with a unique IP? If so , can I create a new account with a unique ip and login with the shared ip?

Quote: Striker3456 Hello, We only allow 1 account per IP/house so if someone registers using your internet network both of your accounts will get suspended. Best regards, Scarlet-clicks Support |

Ok admin, then tell me what should I do in this situation. Should I send a support ticket to delete my current account( as it has a shared ip address) after my membership expires in order to create a new account with a unique and unshared ip? I don't want to take a risk by investing in the current account as it has a shared ip and can cause complications in the future. Kindly tell me what options do I have in this situation? |

Quote: mikecrolan Hello, There is no problem with using a different device to log in or that your ISP gives a dynamic IP address. Best regards, Scarlet-clicks Support |
