EN REITERADAS OCASIONES E RETIRADO MI DINERO A NETELLER DICE QUE FUE ENVIADO PERO A LOS POCOS DIAS SE DEVUELVE AL SALDO PORQUE PASA ESO???

IN REITERATED OCCASIONS AND REMOVED MY MONEY TO NETELLER SAYS IT WAS SENT BUT ON THE FEW DAYS IT RETURNS TO THE BALANCE BECAUSE IT HAPPENS ???

nuenas ayer realice un retiro de 5,60$ a neteller y no se me refleja en la cuenta me podrias ayudar que debo hacer para realizar el retiro.
